Alles sehr unkompliziert. Netter Email-Kontakt und sehr freundlicher Empfang direkt am Flughafenausgang. Das Auto stand direkt 50 m vom Treffpunkt vor dem Flughafen entfernt. Email und vor-Ort-Kontakt in Englisch. Rückgabe an gleicher Stelle und einfach Schlüssel in den Schlüssel-Briefkasten geworfen.

Noleggiato con Autotrip nella seconda metà di settembre. Tutto perfetto, puntuali nelle risposte e nel farsi trovare all’aeroporto di Chania al nostro arrivo. Istruzioni chiare sulla riconsegna. Macchina quasi nuova, Hyundai i20 con circa 17000km. Ho pagato alla consegna 265 euro per 11 giorni. Nessuna franchigia e nessuna richiesta di carta di credito. In base alla mia esperienza quindi consigliatissimi.

Fast and easy communication, the friendly employee arrives in perfect time and gave us a lot of information. The car was even better that the one we choose but they keep the same price. Very nice experience, I’ll definetively rent again when I’ll be back in Crete.

We had an excellent experience renting from Autotrip. Quotes and confirmation over email were fast and easy. We were in communication via text when we arrived into Heraklion. While the car we reserved wasn’t available, a comparable car of the same make and size was, for the same rate. Dropoff was easy as well. Best of all the rates were quite competitive for high season (August). We’ll definitely rent again from Autotrip when we return to Crete!

Tutto perfetto. Pagamento in contanti, assicurazione totale (tranne per danni su sterrato), prezzo giusto, auto quasi nuova e pulita. È la seconda volta che vado a creta ed è la seconda volta che mi rivolgo a loro.

Quick and easy to deal with. Litsa met me at the airport although it was 1 am. Took the car which was in good shape and off i went. Easy to deal with is what you want on a holiday.
